As a new contributor to this blog, I feel it is my duty as an American patriot to introduce you to perhaps what will go down as one of the finest pieces of literature to ever rock your face. This book can invoke 2 different reactions, depending on the reader. The first reaction will be to pump your fist in the air, and agree on almost every single character written. The second is to cry, and live in denial of being on the wrong side of the issues tackled throughout this amazing journey. Ted Nugent is a chickenhawk coward who dodged the draft when his number was called up during the Vietnam conflict.
It's easy to be pro-war when someone else takes the risk.

Ted has admitted doing so, and has asked for forgiveness- and in an act of good faith, has gone overseas -i believe in 04 or 05- w/ USO.
Not that that validates much,but whats the man supposed to do now? Oppose it like the rest of the hippies out there? Spit in your face for going over and cleaning up the mess? I certainly dont have the grapes to enlist, but I'd give a soldier the shirt off my back- bet your ass.
There were hundreds of thousands of draft-dodgers- Clinton (and Reagan) included and thank your good buddy Carter for keepin'em outta trouble. It is what it is. Ted is seemingly remorseful.
The Nug has a plan of action that is the most streamlined and efficient way for this country to conduct business- period. The beauty part of this country is that he has the right to say it. As do you to your opinion.
Pick up that book..and give it 20 minutes...might do you some good. I assure you, if we keep our course of action the way our Commander In Chief sees fit, well, I'm not the type to say "I told ya so" but...
